Our deliveries are made to KERBSIDE ONLY 'signed for' service and are usually 5 - 10 working days from placement of your order (stock depending). Orders placed on weekend or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. Available at extra cost is the Next Day delivery slot, this is only available to certain post code areas. Your order will be delivered Monday-Friday between 8.30am - 6pm. Unfortunately we are unable to provide estimated times for the day of delivery and therefore ask that there is somebody available on site to sign for the goods. In the event that there are damages on delivery, please sign the delivery note as 'DAMAGED' and call within 24 hours (or next available business day) to let us know so that we may arrange replacements or discuss an alternative resolution, photographic evidence of breakages will be required. 

We will require a contact telephone number which will only be used if the courier has a problem locating your address or if you require a phone call an hour prior to making the delivery. If the driver is unable to unload the goods at your property or site, then your crate(s) will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements for delivery at your expense. 

All of our deliveries are kerbside only. The goods will be delivered to the nearest and safest point to your property so please ensure that there is sufficient man power on site to move the tiles should this be necessary. It is not the responsibility of the driver to do this for you. 

Due to the weight of the crates, they cannot be moved on gravel drives, mud etc. - only on hard surfaces. 

Although every effort will be made to honour the delivery date arranged with yourselves, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to reasons beyond our control ( broken down vehicle, delays with imports, punctures, acts of God etc.) 

Free delivery is only for porcelain tiles unless given on the quotation and agreed by a director. 


Every effort will be made to contact you if there should be any delays to your delivery; however as orders are all sent via a Pallet Network, this is not always possible. 


Delivery Vehicle

Standard deliveries are done on an 18 tonne vehicle. The delivery onto the property will be done on a pallet pump truck. If there is restricted access a 7.5 tonne vehicle will be used If you require a 7.5 tonne vehicle (please note
that sometimes it will be a 12 tonne
vehicle) please tick the restricted access
box on the checkout form.
Please only select this option where it is absolutely necessary.

Please note that delivery is to kerbside only. Most drivers will go above and beyond to ensure that your delivery goes exactly where you want, but anything beyond kerbside is at the drivers discretion only. Please note that the maximum delivery on a 7.5 tonne vehicle is 2 and a half pallets. Orders will be despatched on an 18 tonne vehicle if note advised.




Due to the delivery schedule being between 8.30am - 6pm it is not advisable to book any contractors or tilers for the actual delivery date. We will not be held responsible for any costs involved should trades people be booked and your delivery delayed. 


Returns:

Due to the variation which occurs with natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, decorative & glazed materials we operate a non-return policy. It should be noted that any surplus tiles are worth keeping as they will be from the same batch as your original material and can be utilised should any damage occur after the tiles have been installed.
